Eclat Dental Studio accepts HPSM Medi-Cal dental members, and we are glad to see you.
Eclat Dental Studio accepts Medi-Cal dental coverage from the Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM). HPSM dental benefits are integrated with your medical and behavioral health benefits, so you can usually use your single HPSM member card at your dental visit.
What's covered?
HPSM Dental covers a wide range of essential services to help keep your smile healthy:
- Preventive care: regular exams, cleanings, and X-rays to catch issues early.
- Restorative treatment: fillings and other necessary procedures to restore tooth function.
- Urgent care: prompt attention for dental pain or injuries.
- Care coordination: we work with HPSM so your dental care fits thoughtfully with your overall health needs.
Coverage for specific procedures is set by HPSM and Medi-Cal; we will confirm what your plan covers before any treatment begins.
Other insurance
In-network with all major PPO dental plans. We do not accept dental HMO plans. Accepting HPSM is our Medi-Cal exception. See insurance details.
