A note for our new patients

Welcome, San Antonio Dental patients

Starting October 5, Eclat Dental Studio is taking over care for San Antonio Dental. If you’ve been a San Antonio Dental patient, you’re our patient too, and we’re looking forward to meeting you and continuing the care you’re used to.

What stays the same

We’ll continue caring for existing patients at 530 Showers Drive, Suite 3, Mountain View, CA 94040. If you have an upcoming appointment or questions about your treatment, just give us a call at (650) 917-8348 or email hello@eclatdentalstudio.com.

Your insurance

We’re in-network with all major PPO dental plans. We also accept HPSM (Health Plan of San Mateo) Medi-Cal dental.

We don’t participate with dental HMO plans. If you currently have a dental HMO, please call us at (650) 917-8348 before your next visit. During the first one to two months of the transition we’ll do everything we can to help, whether that means talking through your options or making sure there’s no gap in your care.
